Three places you can only find in Wellington.

1. Wellington Chocolate Factory. Nested between converted apartments it is chocoholic’s haven. Watch live how some of their products are being made, smell the chocolate, have a cuppa coffee and sample some of the chocolate. It isn’t cheap but really good quality.

2. Six Barrel Soda. Another Wellington local. Home of delicious soda syrups, milkshakes and beautiful chippies. Nested upstairs in a VERY sunny room. Nice place to hang out and watch the world (Dixon and Manners St) go by.

3. Crumpet Bar. My new favourite place to grab a cocktail and a crumpet of course. Not sure if crumpets are back in fashion in Welly, but it seems like it is a rather popular dish in the capital. This bar offers great old school charm, amazing services and the vibe is just lovely. Cocktails at night, shrubs and tea during the day.
